I started my career in Real Estate as an investor in 2001, after leaving a lucrative career in sales with Gateway Computers. At Gateway, I won multiple trips and was consistently in the top 10% of the sales force.
Not long after I started investing in Real Estate, I became a licensed agent and started my career with Century 21 Hecht Realty. I wanted to use my knowledge to help others purchase and sell property. I am still an active Real Estate investor and have done lease/options, flips, long term holds, and have even moved a house.
After a few years as an agent, I was offered the opportunity to manage the Century 21 Hecht office in Mooresville, NC. This was my first real taste of coaching agents and I truly enjoyed it. Century 21 Hecht was bought by Coldwell Banker United Realtors in March of 2009. I continued to manage the Mooresville location for Coldwell Banker United, until the summer of 2010, when I started my own team of Real Estate professionals, at Keller Williams Realty in Mooresville.
My team, Home Advantage Partners, included team members with a variety of Real Estate and sales experience that spanned many years. I was now dedicated to helping my agents achieve success, so they could help home buyers and sellers achieve their goals. This was my second taste of coaching agents and I liked it even more!

I have been fortunate to oversee or be involved with over 2000 transactions in my Real Estate career. You might think I have seen it all, but the Real Estate market produces new challenges daily.
